The personal data collected on this website is processed by NEOFLUX, 08 Rue Maidi Achour, Alger Centre, Algeria, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2 Data we collect
Quote request and contact form
When you request a quote or write to us from the Contact page:
- your name (and, where applicable, your company name);
- your phone number and, if you wish, your e-mail address;
- the wilaya of your project, the type of project, the subject and your message;
- any files you attach (photos, plans, logo…);
- your “Reachable on WhatsApp” preference.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Job application
When you apply from the Careers page: your last name and first name, e-mail address, phone number, the position you are applying for, your cover letter and your CV (with the information you choose to include in it). A checkbox asks for your consent to the use of this data for recruitment. Please do not include sensitive information in your CV (health, opinions, religion…): we do not need it.
Visit statistics
To measure traffic, NEOFLUX uses its own statistics tool, hosted with the website: no data is sent to an outside analytics or advertising service (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel). For each page viewed, the following is recorded: the page, the date and time, the website you came from (its domain name only), the type of device, the browser, the operating system, the browser language and its technical signature (“user agent”), a random visit identifier (cookie _nfa_sid, 24 hours) and a fingerprint of your IP address (calculated by hashing: the IP address itself is not stored in the statistics). Search engine robots are not counted.
Clicks on the “Call”, “WhatsApp” and “Quote” buttons
When you tap one of these buttons, or send a quote request, the website counts this click in its own tool, hosted with the website (nothing is sent to an outside service). Only the following is recorded: the button used, the page (its address, without parameters) and where the button is on the page, the type of device (phone, computer or tablet), the page language, and the date and time. No personal data is recorded: no name, no phone number, no IP address, no location. So that a double click is not counted twice, a scrambled visit identifier (calculated from the _nfa_sid cookie, which is not kept) is stored for 7 days, then erased. No additional cookie is set. These clicks are kept for 12 months at most, then automatically erased.
Customer reviews
With your consent, we may publish your review of our work on the home page: your name and, if you wish, your job title, company, city, your photo or company logo, and the rating you gave us. Nothing is published without your consent. You can ask us at any time to change or remove your review by contacting us.
Form security
When a form is sent, your IP address is used to block abusive submissions (robots, repeated sending). It also appears in the internal notification e-mail, with the date and time of sending.

4 Retention periods

5 Recipients
Your data is intended only for the NEOFLUX staff in charge of handling your request or your application. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.
For technical reasons, it also passes through:
- the website host, which stores the database and the files sent;
- the e-mail provider used by NEOFLUX, which carries and stores the notification e-mails and, if you gave your e-mail address, the confirmation e-mail sent to you.
6 Security
- The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- CVs and attached files are kept in protected folders that cannot be opened from a web address: only staff logged in to the administration area can open them.
- The administration area is protected by a password and by measures against repeated login attempts.
As no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, please do not send us sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
7 Your rights
Under Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018, you have the following rights over the data concerning you:
- right to information about how your data is processed (the purpose of this page);
- right of access: to know whether we hold data about you and to obtain a copy of it;
- right of rectification: to have data that is inaccurate, incomplete or processed unlawfully updated, corrected, erased or locked;
- right to object: to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data, and free of charge to its use for marketing purposes;
- the right to withdraw your consent at any time (for example for an application) and to ask for your data to be deleted.
To exercise these rights, write to us at neofluxcommercial@yahoo.fr (subject: “Personal data”) or by post to NEOFLUX, 08 Rue Maidi Achour, Alger Centre, Algeria. To protect your data, we may ask you to prove your identity.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may refer the matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
8 Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser by a website. The NEOFLUX website uses no advertising cookies and no social network trackers. The cookies set by the website itself are:

The website also uses the browser's session storage (sessionStorage) so that an announcement you have closed is not shown again; it is erased when you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website remains available; you will simply have to choose your language again on each page.
9 Third-party services
- Fonts and icons: the fonts (Google Fonts) and icons (Font Awesome, through Cloudflare's cdnjs service) are loaded from these providers' servers. As for any web resource, your browser then sends them your IP address and technical information about your browser.
- Google Maps: the Contact page displays a Google Maps map. When it is displayed, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp and social networks: these are simple links; no data is sent to these services until you click. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's terms.
10 Changes
This policy may be updated, in particular when the website or the regulations change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
